📦 Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

• Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you place your order.

• We may offer free delivery on selected products, promotions, or orders above a specified amount.

🚚 Delivery Time

• Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days across Pakistan.

• Deliveries to major cities may arrive sooner, while remote areas can take a little longer.

• Orders are processed and dispatched after successful order confirmation.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

📍 Delivery Areas

We deliver to major cities and most areas across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and other serviceable locations.

📞 Order Confirmation

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

If we are unable to confirm the order, it may be cancelled.

🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information through SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the information provided during checkout.

🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, incomplete information, or the customer being unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.

📦 Damaged Package

If your parcel appears damaged or opened at the time of delivery, please contact Rawaq Scents as soon as possible.

For damaged or incorrect products, we may request photos or videos of the package and product to verify the issue.

❌ Failed Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order or repeatedly remains unavailable for delivery, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders from that customer.
